frequently asked questions
  • When will the museum re-open to the public?

Erarta Museum was temporarily closed to the public from 18 March onwards in light of the recent directives of the government of St. Petersburg. We will re-open as soon as the situation improves, hopefully in the very near future. We look forward to welcoming you back!

  • Can I get a refund for the ticket I purchased online?

On the very first day of the temporary closure we processed full refunds for all e-tickets valid during the closure period. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact your issuing bank.

  • I bought a Membership but didn’t activate it prior to the closure.

Don’t worry! If your Membership activation period expires while the museum is still closed to the public, then your Membership period will start on the museum’s re-opening date. Check back on our website or follow the museum on social media to learn about our re-opening date.

  • I am an Erarta Member. For how many days will you extend my Membership Period?

All Erarta Memberships will be extended by the exact number of days when the museum remains closed to the public: you will not lose a single Membership day.

  • Will you extend the scheduled periods of your current exhibitions?

Since Erarta’s re-opening is directly dependent on the epidemiological situation, we cannot predict the exact re-opening date. We very much look forward to welcoming you back and hope that we will be able to follow our exhibitions program as closely as possible so that our guests are able to see most of the projects we had previously announced.
