Yuri Demenev

Member of the Artists’ Union of Russia, Yuri Demeven was born in 1958 and graduated from the Alexander von Stieglitz St. Petersburg State Academy of Art and Design. In his later years, until his death in 2016, he lectured at the Academy’s Mural Painting Department as well as at the St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture.
