Erarta RestoBar Unveils a Dessert Inspired by Fanglu Lin’s Exhibition

03 March 2025
Discover it at the Erarta RestoBar on floor 4 of the Museum Wing

On 21 February, Erarta Museum of Contemporary Art opened an exhibition of works by the Chinese artist Fanglu Lin who reinvents and ennobles the traditional textile practices. The show features colossal wall-mounted pieces and other, slightly less monumental but still immensely impressive, objects crafted from cloth and thread. Taking inspiration from the exhibition, the Erarta RestoBar came up with a special dessert – a chantilly cream and waffle crumb éclair in a chocolate cheesecake coating. The airy tempered chocolate arches surrounding the dessert pay a picturesque homage to the show’s striking centrepiece – the six-metre-long Love Under the Hammer utilising a traditional Chinese textile dyeing technique.

Try this tempting creation to enhance your experience of Fanglu Lin’s inspiring project. The show will run at Erarta Museum through 25 May.

The dessert is available for 700 rubles. Book a table in advance by calling 8 (812) 334 68 96 or through the website form.
