October 8 Erarta Stage will host a concert OQJAV band.
Somehow the Russian “super band” OQJAV originated in Moscow, although it should have been born out of the dusty granite embankments of the river Neva. In OQJAV songs one can find urban madness, aging ballerinas, impudence of the young, flowing movements, drawbridges, wet causeways and Chinese rickshaws. Against the backdrop of the universal madness these intonations turn out to be very accurate and infant-innocent.
Starring Katya Pavlova, Vadik Korolyov and Daniel Shake, who have already released their second album this year. Following the first album, “Marta” leaked in social networks for intellectuals and ipods of those who are not accustomed to evaluative judgments. Columnists write laudatory reviews, and fashion clip-makers make vertical videos for the band. St. Petersburg show is a long-awaited event both for musicians and admirers.
