The festival motto is the open message from a man to a man. Every participant gets the chance to be heard and to share their ideas presenting their works. The festival Grand Opening and the exhibition of the best works according to the results of the city contest will take place on 15 January at 4.30 p.m. Children from orphan homes and special schools, student of art schools, colleges and universities, professional artists and photographers will take part in the contest. Works of mail-artists - postcards and artistic messages - sent by post from all over the world will be displayed in the festival separate section. The Grand Opening includes the award ceremony of the contest's winners. During the festival the contemporary artists will present their master classes and other events. All guests of the festival will have an opportunity to express their ideas and to create their own unique postcards. After the end of the exhibition works will travel around the world to draw attention to the charity problems.
