The festival committee would like to announce an open call for submissions for the Second Annual Festival of Short Films about Painting E(RARTA)MOTION PICTURES which will take place in March 2014.
Documentary, fiction, experimental and animated films about painting with duration of 3 to 30 minutes are accepted for submission.
