If you are planning to visit Erarta Museum this week, please note the following changes in the opening hours of the temporary shows on floors 2 and 3 of the Exhibitions Wing. On Thursday, 5 October, the exhibitions This Is Not Serious and BA.PROJECT will be closed for a private event from 10:00 to 22:00. The café and the passageway between the Museum Wing and the Exhibitions Wing on floor 3 will also be closed on Thursday: please use the passageways between the wings on floors 1 and 5.
On Friday, 6 October, the Ogoniok. Life as a Holiday show will be closed for a private event from 10:00 to 22:00.
On Sunday, 8 October, the exhibitions Surrogates and Birds of the World will be closed from 16:30 to 19:00 for a meet-the-artist event with Ivan Korshunov. During that time, the exhibition spaces on floor 2 of the Exhibitions Wing will only be accessible to our registered Members. If you would like to attend Erarta’s Members-only events, become a Member online or upgrade your Ticket to Membership at the museum’s ticket counters 9 or 10.
The rest of the temporary shows will operate for you as usual. A little reminder in case you wish to see these particular exhibitions: the art dolls and the BA.PROJECT exhibition will be on view at Erarta through 26 November, while the works of Soviet photographers will be displayed through 3 December. With a valid Ticket or Membership, you can come back any time to see them for free.
