Special Opening Hours of Exhibitions and the Café on 8 December

07 December 2023
The café and some temporary shows in the Exhibitions Wing will not be accessible to visitors

Dear Friends,

If you are planning to visit Erarta Museum this week, please note the special opening hours of some temporary shows on 8 December due to a private event. The following exhibitions will not be accessible throughout the day:

The café on floor 3 and the passageways between the Museum Wing and the Exhibitions Wing on floors 3 and 5 will also be closed on Friday: please use the passageway between the Wings on floor 1.

The permanent collection display in the Museum Wing and the Wheels of Fire exhibition on floor 1 of the Exhibitions Wing will operate for you as usual: this is a great opportunity to explore Erarta’s expansive and steadily growing collection as well as the museum’s signature projects and to see more than 20 unconventional custom bikes existing on the cusp of motorsports and art and inspired by their creator’s dream of absolute freedom of expression.

A little reminder in case you wish to see other temporary exhibitions: Alexander Daniel’s and Artemii Lebedev’s art will be on display through 7 January, Andrey Popov’s cartoons and Boris Golovachyov’s paintings will be on view through 21 January, MatushkaMedous’s show will run through 11 February, the photographs and video art by Jonas LeRiche can be enjoyed through 18 February, and the creations of Andrey Shatilov and Ying Yin will be displayed at Erarta through 3 March. With a valid Ticket or Membership, you can come back any time to see them for free.

Enhance your experience by visiting an unusual museum space: Erarta RestoBar on floor 4 of the Museum Wing welcomes visitors from 12:00 to 23:00.
