New Menu at the Erarta Café Restaurant

Crimean surmullet, beetroot tartare, “9 textures of strawberry” and other gastronomic masterpieces by our Chef Artem Grebenshchikov.

The updated menu of the Erarta Café restaurant is based on local and seasonal products: game, roots, and fish from the local waters, cooked upon the traditional recipes and techniques (salting, smoking, stewing).

Minimalism of flavors and textures, bright single accents and modesty in spices: the Head Chef Artem Grebenshchikov sets the new vision for the ordinary tastes. This time desserts are even more experimental and outrageous: “Cubism”, “Composition №9”, “Cosmos” and a new interpretation of the classical “Black Woods” cake. Remember, the proof of the pudding is in the eating!
