Ballet.Theatre Production to Be Staged at Rob Woodcox’s Exhibition on 29 October

18 September 2026
At 20:00 on 29 October, Erarta visitors can experience TOO MUCH… LOVE, a stage show by Ballet.Theatre contemporary dance company

TOO MUCH... LOVE tells the story of a person losing contact with reality and being drawn into virtual space. This space is lifelike, but not real, populated by phantoms and driven by simulated emotions. The main character is torn between the two worlds, getting a taste of artificial happiness without actually believing in it. Will he ultimately find strength to shake off the illusion, or will he stay within the digital mirage forever?

Director and choreographer: Daria Vergizova

Original score by: Lera Finkelstein

Media art by: Alexey Lizunov

The production premiered in 2025

Established in 2018, Ballet.Theatre started out as a small group of creative individuals and evolved into a collaborative platform for independent talents. It brings together Russian and international artists to produce shows featuring original music, choreography, scenography, and video art.

The company’s productions appeared at a number of prestigious festivals, including Open Look, Vitebsk International Festival of Modern Choreography, and Istanbul Fringe Festival. The theatre was a two-time nominee for the Golden Spotlight, St. Petersburg’s primary theatre award.

The show will start at 20:00 within the space of Rob Woodcox. Unlimited Capabilities of the Body on floor 2 of the Exhibitions Wing. Total running time: 40 minutes.
