A Single-Visit Ticket offers a glimpse of Erarta’s permanent collection and all temporary shows on display on the particular day – usually 8 to 10. More than half of our visitors opt for unlimited admission fast track options. A Six-Month Ticket gives you an opportunity to experience around 20 exhibitions of contemporary art.

Can I buy a separate ticket to visit a particular exhibition?
No, this wouldn’t be necessary: as we make the point of demonstrating the rich variety of contemporary art, all our tickets and Memberships allow the visitor to experience our permanent collection and all temporary exhibitions, as well as Erarta’s signature projects. Separate tickets are only required for the U-Space immersive installations and can be purchased at counters 9 and 10 (Members can book U-Space sessions at no extra charge).

Can I pay for a Ticket or Membership with a Pushkin Card or Silver Age Card?
No. We are not participating in these programmes.

Are U-Space sessions included in the Ticket/Membership price?
If you have purchased a Ticket/Kids Ticket/Concession Ticket, then you will need a separate ticket to experience any of the U-Space immersive installations. The ticket costs 300 rubles and admits a group of up to 5 people to the U-Space of your choice. These tickets are available at counters 9 and 10. We recommend you get one right after arriving at the museum, as on certain days guests have to wait for up to 90 minutes for the earliest available U-Space session.
Members enjoy U-Space sessions free of charge – just make sure to book your time slot at counter 9 or 10.

Can I let someone else use my Ticket/Membership?
Our tickets and Memberships can only be used by their respective holders. However, Six-Month Memberships allow Members to share their privileges with friends and family: over the six months, one guest accompanying the Member can visit Erarta for free, while the rest are entitled to a 20% discount on tickets.
Moreover, you can always treat your friends to the gift of Erarta Museum admission: Gift Tickets and Memberships are available at the museum’s ticket counters and online.

I don’t reside in St. Petersburg. Which ticket type should I choose?
We recommend opting for the 1500 ₽ Single-Visit Ticket: it entitles you to a single fast track entry and offers a glimpse into our permanent collection, Erarta’s signature projects (you will need a separate ticket to experience the U-Space total installations), and all temporary exhibitions. If while at the museum you realise that you wish to keep returning for free throughout the next six months, simply fill out the benefits request form, pay a small surcharge to convert your Single-Visit Ticket into a Six-Month Ticket at counter 9 or 10 prior to leaving the museum building – and make sure to stop by on your next trip to St. Petersburg.
If you are travelling with your family, don’t wait in the queue: go straight to counter 1 or 2 and purchase a Kids Ticket for 600 rubles and any number of tickets for the accompanying adults. If, prior to leaving the museum, you decide that you will definitely return to Erarta over the next six months, simply fill out the benefits request form, pay a small surcharge to convert your tickets into Six-Month Tickets at counter 9 or 10 – and make sure to come back for some family fun at Erarta.

Are there any concessions?
Concession Tickets are available for 900 rubles to visitors aged 60 years or older. These tickets are only sold at the museum’s ticket counters. After filling out the benefits request form and paying a small surcharge, Concession Ticket holders can enjoy six months of unlimited access to our permanent collection and all temporary exhibitions, as well as to our complimentary audio guides available through my Erarta account.
Young guests between 4 and 15 years of age are entitled to a Kids Ticket for 600 rubles: go straight to counter 1 or 2 for fast track access. Skip the queue and buy any number of tickets for the accompanying adults. If, prior to leaving the museum, you decide that you will definitely return to Erarta over the next six months, simply fill out the benefits request form, pay a small surcharge to convert your tickets into Six-Month Tickets at counter 9 or 10 – and make sure to come back for some family fun at Erarta.
Children under 4 enjoy free admission to the museum.
