Ticket and Membership Auto-Renewal Terms and Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions regulate the Erarta Ticket and Membership Auto-Renewal Service. Erarta reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without further notice to Members or Ticket holders. By enabling the Auto-Renewal Service, a Member or Ticket holder accepts these Terms and Conditions.

  2. A user who has enabled the Auto-Renewal service receives an access to the annual Ticket or Membership Auto-Renewal feature at a discounted Auto-Renewal price.

  3. Users can enable the Auto-Renewal Service and add a bank card to a Membership while paying for the Membership online (by accepting the Auto-Renewal Service). In this case, they will get a discount on Membership (only if purchasing for themselves). Auto-Renewal can also be enabled through the Erarta Account.

  4. Users can enable the Auto-Renewal Service and add a bank card to a Ticket through their Erarta Account.

  5. A standard payment card verification by the bank might be required for enabling the Auto-Renewal Service through the Account. To have the card verified, enter its details in the bank’s acquirer window.

  6. The Auto-Renewal payment shall be made in Russian rubles and only through the payment systems available in the service and/or application for the user’s corresponding device. The payment system shall be chosen by Erarta. Erarta reserves the right to change the payment system without further notice to the users.

  7. The Auto-Renewal payment amount shall be automatically debited from the bank card the details of which were provided by the user when enabling the Auto-Renewal Service. Each due payment shall be made approximately 24 hours prior to the scheduled Ticket/Membership expiry, as this is the period required to process the transaction. Following successful payment, the Ticket/Membership Period shall be automatically renewed for the new term that has been paid for, plus the number of days remaining from the date when Erarta receives the payment and until the current Ticket/Membership expiry date. Members and Ticket holders can use their Account to check their Ticket/Membership status and period.

  8. Members and Ticket holders can use their Account to update their bank card details (provide up-to-date details of the current card or add a new card).

  9. In the event that the balance on the card the details of which were provided by the user when enabling the Auto-Renewal Service is insufficient when the next Ticket/Membership Auto-Renewal payment is due (or in case of any other issues with the bank card) the Ticket/Membership will not be renewed: the last date of the Ticket/Membership period shall be the last date of the previously paid period; discounted Auto-Renewal shall be no longer available, and the Ticket/Membership shall only be renewable at the full price.

  10. The amount of the Ticket/Membership Auto-Renewal payment shall be determined by the effective Auto-Renewal payment rate which may be changed by Erarta unilaterally. Erarta reserves the right to offer various discounts and promotions, including a discount on the Ticket/Membership price during the first purchase (this price may be different from the subsequent Auto-Renewal price).

  11. The Auto-Renewal Service may be disabled through the Account no earlier than 30 days after it is enabled and no later than 48 hours prior to the relevant Ticket/Membership expiry date. In case the user disables the Auto-Renewal Service later than 48 hours prior to the expiry of the previously paid period, Erarta cannot guarantee that the Service will be disabled correctly and the funds for it will not be debited.
